How to Make Uber Face in "Team Fortress 2"

Valve created "Team Fortress" and subsequent "Team Fortress 2" as multiplayer online shooter games with different classes and weapons, from guns to axes. The "Uber Update" unleashed a new class upon players called the Medic. With wiry glasses, a German accent, bonesaw and medigun, his healing abilities work best for team work. With the medigun, Medics have an ability called an uber charge. Once activated, the uber charge places a solid red or blue shield around players, blocking any damage from enemies.

Instructions

    • 1

Equip a Medigun with ubercharge ability. Start healing a target on your team by left-clicking on a fellow teammate. A blue or red spiral shoots out of your gun, attaching your Medic to the team member.

    • 2

Heal the target and watch the bar on the bottom right of your screen. This bar indicates your uber meter. Once the uber meter reaches 100 percent, Medic says, "I am fully charged!" and you are ready to uber face your opponents.

    • 3

Activate uber charge by right-clicking while healing a target. Switch targets at any team to uber charge multiple team members. The uber charge makes you and your attached team member invulnerable to enemy fire.

    • 4

Watch the bar to see when your uber charge depletes. Uber charge only lasts for a limited time, depending on the amount of damage and how long you stay chained to your target.

    • 5

Right-click your uber charge on a Heavy to increase damage or take out sentry guns. This strategy works to gain the most assists in kills and get rid of sentry guns. In addition, when capturing points, wait to use the uber charge on a Heavy to kill enemy targets around the area.
