How to Demolish a Building in "Evony"
"Evony" is an online game where players build a base camp and use their armies to battle each other. Each player has a number of buildings in his base camp, each contributing something different. For example, the academy researches so the armies can move quicker or attack better. You can demolish a building once you're done with it to make space for another building that will help your army become more powerful.

Downgrade the building you wish to demolish by clicking the building. A box appears with a picture of the building with a red circle with a slash through it in the corner. Click this circle and the building will downgrade to the next lowest level.

Continue to downgrade the building until it reaches level one. Click the red circle with a slash through it one more time. The building will disappear as if you destroyed the building.

Destroy the entire building at once, regardless of the level, by using dynamite. Click the building and select the red circle with a slash through it. Choose "Completely Demolish." This uses a dynamite from your inventory and the building disappears immediately.
