Put on a pair of black pants and a black shirt. A long-sleeved, black t-shirt will work best. Wear a pair of black shoes.

Paint your face to look like a skull using white and black face makeup. Paint a circle of black makeup around your eyes and a triangle over your nose. Paint black in the concave area of your cheeks, below the cheekbone for a skeletal appearance. Then paint the rest of your face with white makeup. Finally, paint skeletal teeth around the top and bottom of your mouth using black eyeliner.

Wear a necklace made of fake bones. Purchase bone necklaces at Halloween or party supply stores. Attach small skull props to the necklace by gluing a loop cotton string to the top of the skulls with a hot glue gun. Hang the skulls by the loop from the necklace.

Place a dreadlock wig on your head. Wear a black top hat, if desired, and glue more mini skulls around the brim of the hat.

Make a voodoo doll using a small cotton doll form. Draw the letter "X" over each eye of the doll. Then press straight sewing pins into the eyes and around the body of the doll. Carry the doll with you or glue a loop with cotton string to the top of the doll's head and hang it from the necklace.
