You can offer a phone payment option to your customers.

Offering the PayPal electronic payment service on your website or online auction sales can speed up the payment and product delivery process for customers. Once you've signed up for PayPal, then customers can click a button on your website or auction listing to pay by credit card online. PayPal also offers a service that allows online merchants to take credit card and debit card payments by phone. To provide this ability to customers, you'll first need to sign up for the PayPal Virtual Terminal service. Once you've added Virtual Terminal to your PayPal account, processing phone payments is a straightforward task that takes only a few minutes for each transaction.

Instructions

Log into PayPal. Click the "Virtual Terminal" button in the "Tools" section of your account page when you're ready to process the customer's payment.

This opens the Transaction Results page.
