Instructions

    • 1

Launch PaintShop Pro and open the photograph you wish to edit by clicking the "File" tab and selecting "Open" from the drop-down menu.

    • 2

Select the "Clone" tool. Set the shape of the clone tool to "Circle," the size to "20," the hardness to "50," the step to "25," the density to "90," the thickness to "90" and the opacity to "90." Set the Blend mode to "Normal."

    • 3

Press the "Shift" key and click the left mouse button anywhere on the photo to load the Clone tool with the color you wish to apply over the double chin to hide it. Use an area near the chin or neck for this color for a front-facing photo, or use a background area to minimize a profile photo.

    • 4

Click and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse over the double chin area to hide the shadows. Continue moving the mouse over the entire area to apply the clone color over the double chin to eliminate it.

    • 5

Undo any mistakes you make and reapply the clone color if necessary until you remove the double chin successfully.

    • 6

Click "File" and "Save As" to save the photograph. Name the photo a new name to save a copy of the edited photo while preserving the original.
