How to Insert a PayPal Button in Zen Cart

The PayPal module automatically inserts buttons on your website when activated.

Zen Cart is a free and open-source shopping cart that is used by many online stores to sell products and services. PayPal offers secure online payments, and merchant services that can be easily integrated with Zen Cart. Zen Cart includes PayPal as one of the many built-in payment options available for you to enable on the administration side of Zen Cart. You must manually configure the PayPal payment module in order to receive PayPal payments through Zen Cart.

• PayPal merchant or business account
• PayPal API signature

Instructions

1. Login to your website's Zen Cart administration area.

2. Click on the "Modules" menu name at the top of the screen. Click on the "Payments" link that drops down below the menu.

3. Click on the "PayPal Express Checkout" option on the left.

4. Click on the "install" button on the right.

5. Select "True" to enable the module, then select "On" to display the PayPal checkout button.

6. Enter your PayPal API username, password and signature code.

7. Click on the "Update" button to save your information, start the PayPal module, and insert PayPal buttons on your website.
