Capturing all the monsters is an extensive process that requires more than one of the "Pokemon" game versions. There are several versions of the game, such as "FireRed," "Sapphire" and "Crystal," that share some Pokemon while having unique characters specific to a version. Use these versions to capture all the Pokemon and fill your Pokedex.

Find out which Pokemon are available in your game version using an online Pokedex, such as the one at the official Pokemon website. Use the Pokedex as you play to keep track of the Pokemon you have caught.
