How to Modify FS9 Scenery
In "Flight Simulator 2009," there are many scenes and settings that you can enjoy when taking a plane out on a flight. When you set up the simulation, you get to choose from a list of preset settings of places you can fly. However, if you want to get a more diverse selection of places to choose from, you can modify the scenery by downloading add-ons to the game's file. This will allow you to have much more control of where you are flying.

Go to the FS9 add-on website (see Resources).

Select the add-on you want to download. Each of them have additions to settings and scenery, so read through the descriptions to see which one you want. You can download multiple add-ons as well.

Click on the add-on's link.

Click "Download Now." Some of them require purchase, so you may have to buy them.

Follow the wizard until you reach the "Save To" screen. Select "FS_09.exe" from the list. This will download the add-on directly to the file.

Continue with the wizard, clicking "Finish" when it is complete.
