How to Make a Flash Comic
Flash has become the most common format for presenting animated content on the Internet. This content can take many forms, from animated videos to interactive games and even entire websites. Another type of interesting project you can do in Flash is to create a Flash-based comic in which scanned-in pages you have drawn are made into an interactive player, which the viewer can browse through the pages by clicking a button.

Go to the timeline at the top and you will see that there are only four images listed in the "Images" layer. Right-click behind the last frame and choose "Add Keyframe." Repeat this until you have as many frames as you need for the pages of your comic.
