How to Make Your Own "Halo 2" Halloween Costumes
"Halo 2" is an multiplayer first-person shooter game for the Xbox. The game features futuristic weapons and powerful, high-tech equipment. The soldiers wear full armor. When creating a "Halo 2" Halloween costume, you won't have access to all this imaginary technology. However, you can use common athletic equipment, much of which is available cheap at yard sales. If you use your imagination, and especially if you team up with some friends to form a "Halo 2" squadron, you will be able to create an enjoyable costume.

- Newspaper
- Masking tape
- Spray paint
- Football shoulder pads
- Soccer shin guards
- Dirtbike chest plate
- Dirtbike helmet
- Toy gun
- Black football pants with thigh pads
- Black turtleneck shirt
- Army boots

Tape newspaper over the helmet mask with masking tape.

Spray paint the shoulder pads, shin guards, chest plate and helmet whatever color you wish. Paint the toy gun a different color. Let the paint dry. Remove the tape and newspaper from the helmet when the paint is dry.

Put on the black football pants with thigh pads, the black shirt and the army boots.

Put on the shoulder pads, shin guard, chest plate and helmet. This is your body armor.

Wield the toy gun as if it were a high-powered energy weapon.
