How to Make Drain Spells in "Oblivion"
"The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion" is a role-playing game developed by Bethesda. The game requires you to work your way across the world of Oblivion, completing quests, earning gold and developing your character. You can also create spells to help improve your character or to use as a weapon against enemies. The easiest way to make a drain spell is to have one made at the Arcane University.

Travel to a city and visit the Mages Guild. Talk to a member of the guild and select the "Join" option. Travel to each of the cities in Oblivion and complete a quest for each guild. This will give you access to the Arcane University.

Travel to the Imperial City and head to the Arcane University.

Enter the Praxographical Center. Walk up to to the Altar of Spellmaking and select it to create a spell.

Click on the "Name Spell" bar at the top of the window and enter a name for your spell.

Scroll through your list of Known Effects and select "Drain." Select the Range you would like your spell to have, such as "Touch," "Target" or "Self." Select the magnitude for your spell. The higher the magnitude, the more it will cost to make. Select the area of the spell and the duration. Select the "OK" button to create the spell.
