One of the updatable options in Drupal is the email setting.

Instructions

      Log into your Drupal admin control panel. This is found at your domain name followed by "/admin," for example "http://www.mywebsite.com/admin." Enter your username and password and click "Log In."

      Click the "Configuration" tab on the horizontal menu bar at the top of the page. A list of configurable settings is now displayed.

      Click the "Site Information" button in the "System" menu list. A list of configurable site details is now displayed.

      Update the email address you wish to have associated with your Drupal installation in the "E-Mail Address" field, located in the "Site Details" menu list.

      Click "Save Configuration." Your email is now updated in Drupal.
