How to Read My SBCGlobal Online
In November, 2005, SBC Communications acquired AT&T, keeping the name AT&T for the merged company. The newly-merged company also honored old SBCGlobal email addresses; as of 2011, some users may still have SBCGlobal email addresses that they access online. Even though the address ends in "SBCGlobal.net," SBCGlobal email users access their email through the AT&T Web portal. Users can access their email from any computer with a browser and Internet connection.

Launch a browser. Go to AT&T domain login page (see Resources).

Type your username and password in the fields. Click the drop-down and choose "SBCGlobal.net" option. Click the "GO" button.

Click the "Inbox" folder in the left column. Your new email will show up in bold in the main window.
