How to Hide a Buzz Stream

Google Buzz is a social networking service that can be accessed using Google's Gmail dashboard. The Buzz interface consists of streams of information posted by your contacts. You can post your own updates or comments as well as "like" and share other users' updates. Google Buzz stream updates are sent directly to your Gmail inbox. This can be a nuisance if a contact constantly posts updates. To hide a contact's stream from appearing in your Buzz and Gmail screens, you'll need to "unfollow" the contact.
