How to Get a Job Being a Spiritual Motivator
A spiritual motivator is in a unique position. The job of a spiritual motivator is to teach, support and guide others on their spiritual path. Spiritual motivators are often self-employed, or they may work for a religious group. The spiritual motivator has dedicated his life to living a spiritual path. The spiritual motivator is often considered a "Guru" or very learned master. This position is not for someone who has not gone through significant spiritual discipline.

Advance yourself. Spiritual motivators must have advanced knowledge of spiritual topics and know not only what their faith believes, but also what others believe. Knowledge of theology, philosophy and psychology is important for spiritual motivators.

Live a spiritual life. If you wish to give guidance and teachings to others, you must live according to the principles you teach. Failure to do so undermines your credibility significantly.

Prepare an introductory letter and resume. The letter should highlight your related accomplishments and experience. In the resume, list education, previous positions (related to spiritual work), courses you've taken and your aims for the position.

Contact religious and spiritual groups that align with your belief system. In some cases, the position of spiritual motivator may not exist, and the organization will need to create it in order to hire you. Demonstrate to the organization how your work as a spiritual motivator will create value.

Start your own business. A spiritual motivator is often the leader of his own group. Offer lectures, lessons and counseling to people in the community. This will create awareness of your work, which may lead to a position at an established institution.
