How to Connect to Peers
The term "Peers" refers to other users in a file sharing program where you download files. Peers have the files that you want to download. If you're having trouble connecting to peers, often by seeing an error message that says this inside of a file sharing program, you can often fix this problem by allowing the program to get past Windows Firewall. The Windows Firewall often blocks file sharing programs unless you configure it properly.
