How to Download Songs From a PC to a Sony Ericsson W200i
The Sony Ericsson W200i features an email software application, media player, digital camera and RSS reader. The phone was designed specifically for the music enthusiast, and can hold up to 2GB of data with an optional memory card. Download songs to the W200i by connecting the device as a USB storage drive. The computer then recognizes the phone as portable storage device, and you can transfer music files from your PC onto the phone's hard drive.

Insert the USB data cable into the side slot on the phone. Insert the other end of the cable into an open USB port on your computer.

Choose the "File Transfer" option when a new window appears on the phone's screen. Click the "Start" button on your computer and select "My Computer." Double-click your phone's drive icon from the list.

Click and drag the song files you want to transfer into the phone's drive window. The files begin copying to the phone's hard drive.

Right-click on the phone's drive icon and select "Eject." Make sure you do not just pull the data cable out of the phone's slot before ejecting the device, as this can result in data loss.
