  • 6 oz. fresh water
  • 1 oz. cooking oil
  • Small bottle with lid
  • 2 tbsp. tea tree oil

      Rinse out an unused 8-oz. spray bottle.

      Pour 7 oz. water into the bottle. Add 1 oz. cooking oil to the bottle.

      Close the lid. Shake with vigor. Spray immediately onto a cooking pan or other object while the oil and water are mixed. Always shake before using to mix the ingredients.

    Make a Mouthwash

      Rise out an unused small bottle with a lid.

      Pour in 2 tbsp tea tree oil. Add 1/2 cup olive oil.

      Close the lid. Shake with vigor. Rinse with the mouthwash for up to 30 seconds. Keep lid closed and always shake before using.
