How to Change Atheros 802.11B/G
Atheros is a type of wireless chipset installed in many manufacturers' Wi-Fi cards. If your Atheros card supports the wireless B or G standards, you can switch between Wireless-B and Wireless-G mode by configuring the property inside the device's profile. This is often done to force a newer card, such as a Wireless-N device, to use an older standard.
