How to Block a Sender on ATT Mail

AT&T is partnered with Yahoo! to provide Web mail access using the Yahoo! Mail interface. Although users log in using their AT&T email addresses, the function and appearance is identical to that of a regular Yahoo! account. If you are receiving unwanted emails, Yahoo! allows you to block up to 500 email addresses from sending messages to your account.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the AT&T homepage at ATT.net.

2. Click "Mail" in the Personal Assistant box on the right side of the page.

3. Enter your complete AT&T email address, including the "@att.net" portion, and your password. Press "Enter" to sign in.

4. Click "Options" in the top right corner of the page. Select "More Options" from the drop-down menu that appears.

5. Click "Spam." Enter the email address you want to block in the text box and click "Block."
