How to Turn on DHCP on a Belkin

You can make changes to your router's configuration by connecting wirelessly.

A Belkin router offers both static and dynamic IP configurations. When your router is configured for static IP address assignments, each device on the network is linked with a specific IP address that never changes. A dynamic configuration uses Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP) to randomly assign IP addresses from a pool of available IPs. Log in to the router's control console to turn DHCP on or off for your network.

Instructions

    • 1

      Open your Internet browser.

    • 2
