How to Transfer ODS Files to PDF
ODS files are the native format of OpenOffice.org Calc, a free, open-source spreadsheet program. Converting ODS files to PDF is a good way to share your spreadsheets with people who don't have OpenOffice.org. PDF, which stands for portable document format, displays a document on the computer screen as it would appear on the printed page, and they are easy to view with free software and online viewers. The easiest way to convert an ODS file to PDF is to use the built-in PDF printer with OpenOffice.org. If you can't do that, an online converter may help.
