  • Tongs

Instructions

      Transfer the sandwiches from one platter to another, removing any fruit or vegetable garnishments or doilies.

      Use small tongs to remove decorative fruits or vegetables from dishes. Remove julienne or curly carrots. Also remove any tomato roses, strawberry fans or cucumber balls.

      Scrape off nonpareils or small candies from cake frosting by using a small spoon.
