How to Get Lunatone in "Pokemon Sapphire"

Lunatones are classified as the Meteorite Pokemon.

The Rock- and Psychic-type Pokemon Lunatone is one of the monsters found exclusively in the Game Boy Advance title, "Pokemon Sapphire." Lunatones are a rare and exotic creature that can only be found in one small location in the game. Pokemon legends suggest that Lunatones originated from outer space since they were discovered where a meteorite hit the Earth. Since it floats using telekinesis, it cannot be harmed with Ground-type attacks. If you know where to search in "Pokemon Sapphire," capturing a wild Lunatone is a breeze.

Instructions

1. Travel to Meteor Falls. The multilevel cave is located between Route 114 and Route 115.

2. Explore the cave and you will randomly encounter a Lunatone. Your chances of meeting a Lunatone decrease while surfing.

3. Decrease the Lunatone's heath meter with Bug-, Steel-, Grass-, Ghost-, Water- or Dark-type attacks and capture it in a Pokeball. Lunatones aren't especially difficult to capture, so use whatever Pokeballs you have available.

Tips & Warnings

• A Lunatone can learn amazing techniques, such as "Explosion" and "Cosmic Power" by leveling up. Normal-, Poison-, Fire-, Flying- and Psychic-type attacks are not effective when used on Lunatones.
