How to Make Emblems Transparent in "Ragnarok"

"Ragnarok Online" is a free, massively multi-player online role-playing game (MMORPG) published by Gravity Interactive. The game features two-dimensional (2-D), anime-style graphics, fast-paced combat, guild versus guild combat, pets, item upgrading and a guild system. Any player can create his own guild if they find or purchase an "Emperium." Once a guild is created, it may be customized. One way to customize a guild is with an emblem. An emblem will be displayed next to the name of every character in the guild and parts of the emblem may be transparent, if desired.

Open your "Ragnarok Online" emblem file in the photo editing program of your choice.

Choose color "FF00FF" on your color palette.

Fill or color in the area you wish to be transparent with the color from Step 2.

Resize the emblem image to 24 pixels to 24 pixels, if it is not already that size.

Save the emblem to the Program Files > Gravity > Ragnarok Online > Emblem folder. If an Emblem folder does not exist, create it. Save the emblem as a .bmp file.

Log into "Ragnarok Online" on the character with which you created a guild. Press "CTRL" and "G" simultaneously to open the guild menu. Click the "Edit" button under the "Guild Emblem" square. Select the file name of the guild emblem you just created. Once you do, your transparent guild emblem will display.
