How to Open a Stuck Tray on a Multiple CD Changer

If you have a multiple CD changer, or any CD/DVD drive, you may have experienced the disc tray getting stuck or not opening when ejected. Sometimes, the disc tray will stick with a CD or DVD in the drive. A similar problem is when the computer is not able to power up and a CD or DVD is stuck in the tray. There is a way to pop open the CD/DVD changer tray without power, and without the Eject button or Eject function from within an application.
