      Reboot you system. Press "F8 before the Windows logo appears to launch the Advance Screen Options. Scroll down to "Safe mode" and press "Enter."

      Click "Start," "Computer" and then the "C" drive. Click "Windows" and then open the "System32" folder.

      Locate the "WgaTray.exe" and "WgaLogon.dll" files. Right-click each of the files one at a time and click "Delete." Exit Windows Explorer.

    Remove Registry Keys

      Click "Start." Type "regedit" in the search box and press "Enter."

      Navigate to the following registry path:

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows NT>Current Version>Win Logon>Notify

      Right-click "Notify" and choose "Delete." Confirm the deletion. Exit the Registry Editor. Reboot your computer normally.
