How to Complain About Primerica
Primerica is a multi-level marketing company that recruits individuals to sell various financial products and services. Although Primerica is a Better Business Bureau-approved business, it received 198 complaints in a three-year period. Unhappy customers or employees should complain about the company in the proper manner. This does not include filing a complaint out of emotion that ultimately cannot be backed by any facts. An articulate complaint that clearly outlines your grievance will result in a better chance that your complaint will be taken seriously and that you might achieve an acceptable resolution.

All reviews should be strictly fact-based. For example, do not write, "I hate Primerica." Write what Primerica did that you did not agree with and be sure to quote any statements in their policy that they may have violated. Tips & Warnings
Be willing to negotiate with Primerica. Getting something in return is better than nothing.
If you feel that Primerica has discriminated against you or that they have implemented unethical employment practices, you should seek counsel from an attorney rather than the Better Business Bureau.
