How to Limit a Search to the Current Year
The search function enables you to quickly look up items or events based on a number of search parameters. These include names and keywords associated with the searched item, date and time on which the event occurred, or the subject of the event. Generally, the option to limit a particular search to the current year is found in the "advanced search" feature. Keep in mind, not every search feature has the filters required to perform this task.
