Immediately pull clothes from the dryer and hang them after they have been washed and dried. Use the heat from the dryer to serve as your straightening agent. Don't let clothes stay in the dryer and have a chance to get cool. Shake clothes out and lie on a flat surface or hang up.

Hang clothes you need to remove creases in on a hanger in the bathroom while you shower or simply turn the shower on and let the water run at the hottest temperature possible. Close all the doors and try to capture as much steam in the room as possible. After leaving the shower, straighten the fabric with your hands and leave it in the bathroom until the steam fades. Keep it on the hangar until all the moisture has fully escaped the garment.

Go from dry to moist to de-wrinkle your garment. If you don't have access to an iron but have a blow-dryer handy, spray a few spritzes of water on the item. Don't soak the area, it will only lengthen the time you have for the item to dry. Hold the fabric taunt and use a blow dryer to dry the damp area.

Purchase a wrinkle remover such as Downy's Wrinkle Releaser, Grandma's Secret Wrinkle Reducer Spray or Wrinkle's Wrinkle Remover Spray. Use these agents similarly to water by spraying a light amount to gently dampen the area. The spray's ingredients knock out the wrinkles without the use of heat. Sweep your hands over the area holding the garment tight and within a few seconds you'll notice a reduction in the wrinkles.
