How to Make a Photo on Picnik

Editing your favorite photos gives you quick access to a graphic editing program over the Internet. Picnik is a free site that offers a large variety of effects and ways to enhance your photos with filters and cropping tools. This site allows you the freedom to be creative. Once you finish editing an image, send your photo off to friends on social networking sites or post on your blog.

Instructions

      Click "Upload Your Photo" on Picknik's site.

      Click the photo you want to edit from a folder on your computer. Click the "Library" tab to use a photo anywhere on the web. You may also select one of the icons listed below the "Upload" button to use pictures from Facebook, Myspace, Picassa, Flickr and Photobucket.

      Click on the "Edit" tab on Picknik to rotate, crop, resize, color, exposure or remove red eye.

      Click on the "Create" tab to add effects, stickers, text and frames. If using a sticker from the left side panel, click once and drag the sticker to where you would like it to be. Rotate the stickers and effects by turning the top circle on the effect box. Resize the sticker by dragging the corners of the window in or out. If you make a mistake, click "Undo" in the right hand corner.

      Click on the "Save and Share" tab to name your photo, select the file type and size. Click "Save" to download to your computer.
