Instructions

1. Go to the website of your state's attorney general's office to file a complaint. Locate the link to file a complaint online. Provide your name, contact information, address, the details of your complaint, and the name and information of the person or business you are filing your complaint against. Give the A.G.'s office as much information as you can regarding your complaint.

2. Write a letter to file a complaint and mail it to the attorney general's office in your state. Provide your name, contact information, address, the name of the person or business you are filing a complaint against and the nature of the complaint.

3. Call the attorney general's office to file your complaint. Provide the necessary information regarding the complaint and detail the complaint itself for the employee in the A.G.'s office to file. Once you file your complaint, it is reviewed and you will be contacted.
