Instructions

1. Fill out an application for the Optimum Business Partner Program. There's an online application available on the Optimum Business website. 2. Complete training. During your training you will gain extensive knowledge of the latest products and services that Optimum Business offers. You will also learn how the Optimum Business handles such tasks as sales, order entry, provisioning, technical support and customer support.

3. Obtain certification. Once you complete the training program you are awarded certification. As a certified Optimum Business sub-contractor (or reseller) you can start identifying sales leads and selling product and services that meet your customers' needs. In addition, you will receive ongoing support that will help you succeed.
