How to Post a YouTube Video on a Facebook Fan Page
Facebook Fan Pages directly connect users with their favorite bands, local businesses, artists, and other organizations and public figures. The pages themselves are administrated by other registered Facebook members. Like personal Facebook profiles, these Pages have profile pictures and walls for status updates and for others to share posts. If the page allows users to post on the wall, fans can post audio files, photos and videos, including links to streaming YouTube videos.

Visit the page of the YouTube video you want to share. Select the URL from your browser's address bar and right-click. Select "Copy."

Visit the Facebook Fan Page where you want to post the video.

Click the "Write something ... " field. Right-click the box and click "Paste." The site will automatically convert the file to the streaming YouTube player for Facebook, including a direct link to the video.
