How to Block All Websites on a Child's PC Except One

Unless you are constantly monitoring the websites your child visits on her computer, it is possible that she may accidentally navigate to a website that is inappropriate for children. Gambling and social networking websites are examples of sites that could be potentially harmful to children. Windows has a Parental Controls utility that you can use to restrict your child's website access to one site. To enable all of the features in Parental Controls, you must have the Windows Live Family Safety software on her computer. It is available as a free download from Microsoft.
