The Toolbar Is on the Left Side of Screen: How Do I Move It Back?
Microsoft Windows allows users to create custom toolbars and add their favorite items and apps to them. By default, a new toolbar appears on the right side of the screen, next to the notification area. If the position of the toolbar has switched from the right to the left side, you can easily drag it back to its original position.

Drag the mouse cursor on the dotted region to the left of the toolbar.

Click and hold the left mouse button.
