How to Keep Your New Girlfriend from Losing Interest
You may have worked hard to win over your new girlfriend. That does not mean it's time to slack off, however. Relationships can become dull and routine if you're not careful. Don't let this happen to you. You don't want your girlfriend to regret committing to you. Keep her interested in you by focusing on ways to show her you care and share the joys of life together.

1
Show affection to your girlfriend. You're not going to keep her interested if you take her for granted. Don't sit on the couch and wave to her when she comes over. Give her a hug and a kiss. Tell her you care for her. Surprise her occasionally with a gift, such as flowers or candy.

2
Take your girlfriend out. Don't fall into a habit of watching TV every night and eating takeout food. Take your girlfriend to a new restaurant or club. Show your girlfriend there's another side of you besides the couch potato she sees.

3
Take your girlfriend on a trip. Break out of your routine. You don't even have to go far. You can drive to a city nearby and get a room for the night. The point is to experience something new or different together.
-
4
Join a club or group with your girlfriend. You will both enjoy learning something new together and maybe have a few laughs as well. Try something you both enjoy, like dancing, photography or scuba diving. Let your girlfriend see the side of you that enjoys trying new things.
-
5
Lighten up and laugh together. Your girlfriend does not want to be around someone who is dull and dreary. Rent a funny movie to watch. Play a game that makes you laugh. Go to a comedy club. Dress up like a clown and show up at her door. Make her laugh and enjoy your company.
