How to Clear Phone Calls & Text for Samsung
Samsung mobile phones keep a log of your call history and your text messages. Most models allow you to delete your calls and texts, either individually or all at once. Clearing your history will free up memory, improving your phone's performance. You shoud delete personal information, such as your call list and text messages, before exchanging or donating your Samsung phone.

Press the "Menu" or "Home" key.

Select "Phone," then choose "Call Log."

Press the "Delete" option. A menu opens.

Select "All," "Missed," "Dialed" or "Received." Select "Delete."

Choose "Yes" when the "Delete" confirmation box appears.
Text Messages

Press "Menu" or "Home."

Select "Messaging." Select "Text Messages."

Choose the message or folder. Some models organize messages by sender, while others have a folder for sent and received messages.

To delete an individual call from your call log, highlight the call and press "Menu" or "Options," then press "Delete."
