How to Make Submarines With Vegetables
Transform an unhealthy submarine sandwich from a meat and cheese sandwich into a healthy, nutrient-packed meal. Using vegetables to make your submarine sandwich instead of meat brightens the color of the sandwich, making it more eye-appealing. Toasting the bread before topping it and adding a slather of butter or mayonnaise keeps the water in the vegetables from making the bread soggy. Does this Spark an idea?
