How to Clear a Proxy Server From the Registry
The Windows registry is a hierarchical database that stores settings information for all the software programs, user accounts and system utilities on your computer. Edit the registry to remove any entries associated with Proxy Server software that you no longer use or have installed. Windows includes the Registry Editor utility to help you make changes to the registry. Exercise great care when editing the registry as you can cause your operating system to become unstable if you remove the wrong file.
