How to Clean TMP Files

Temporary, or TMP files, are files installed on your computer by various programs, websites and applications. Temporary files are often used to back up data in case of a computer crash or to provide faster website and data access. Over time, TMP files can build up on your hard drive and cause your computer to run slower than usual, even after the files are no longer useful. Remove TMP files with Windows Disk Cleanup to increase your computer's performance and reclaim free space on your hard drive.
