How Can I Save JPEG Format in GIMP?
GIMP is a freeware photo editor. It can also be used to create graphics for print or the Web. GIMP has many of the same tools and functions as pricey commercial graphics applications, but those features are often in a different location or named differently in GIMP. Even the save dialog is a bit different and can take some getting used to. However, you can still save files in your favorite formats, such as JPEG.
