Visit the official Firefox Personas page at GetPersonas.com.

Navigate through the available Personas by clicking on a category (on the right side of the screen) to view Firefox Personas related to that topic.

Hover your mouse over a Persona you like, then click the "Wear It" link that appears. This applies the Persona to your Firefox browser.
