How to Make Pictures Into Star Shapes Online
If you want to turn pictures into star shapes, one option is to crop a single image into a star shape. Another is to assemble a photo mosaic--a single image made up of little photos--with a star-shaped outline. You can find online photo editors that will let you do either for free. Photo editors with shape options include LunaPic (lunapic.com). Photo mosaic makers with star outlines include ScrapWalls (scrapwalls.com).

Tips & Warnings
Online image editors often have a range of special effects you can apply to your pictures, such as blurring, light effects or glitter. These can make your finished picture even more eye-catching.
Some image editors give you the option of ordering prints of your finished picture for a small charge.
Don't upload sensitive or private photos to the Internet. You never know who's looking.
