How to Fix a Bad Review on Google Places
Google Places displays listings and information about businesses on maps displayed within Google search results. Searchers can review the products and services offered by listed businesses to help other potential customers. If you run a business and you've received a bad review on Google Places, then you might want to fix the review. Google Places won't let you delete or edit a bad review, but you can sign in to your Google Places account and publicly respond to the review or flag the review as inappropriate if it contains inaccuracies.
