How to Get Google to Pull Your Reviews

Whether you are large corporation, franchise or even a mom-and-pop shop, businesses always want to know what is said about them. Google is a good resource to find any information about a company or business, including reviews. By setting up a free Google Place account, your company's contact information, location and reviews are available in one place. Google Places and Maps also pull reviews from other websites with the "Reviews from around the web" link.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Google Places website. Click the "Sign-up now" link on the bottom of the page in the "Learn more about Google Places" box.

2. Click the "Downward arrow" to pull a list of countries. Select the country your business is located. Type your business phone number in the "Phone Number" text fields.

3. Enter business or company contact details in the text fields located in the "Basic Information" section.

4. Select your service area in the "Service Areas and Location Settings" section.

5. Select to show your business hours in the "Hours of Operation" section. Select "I prefer not to specify operating hours" if you don't want to show business hours.

6. Check the boxes in the "Payment options" section to show what types of payments you accept.

7. Add a photo of your business by clicking the "Browse" button in the "Photos" section. Select the picture file. Click the "Add Photo" to upload the photo.

8. Add a video of your business by typing the URL of the video. Click the "Add Video" button to upload the video.

9. Add additional information about your business that is not mentioned in the other sections. Type the information in the text boxes in the "Additional Details" section.

10. Click the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page. You are now registered for Google Places and Maps. Your reviews will be pulled by Google.
