How to Broil the Perfect Steak
Whether it's filet, T-bone or rib-eye, a fresh broiled steak over the grill is a crowd pleaser. However, the weather doesn't always hold up for outdoor grilling and steaks cooked over the stove are easily overcooked on the outside but undercooked on the inside. If done correctly, though, an oven-broiled steak can equal or even outdo the grill. The perfect broiled steak can be accomplished in about 30 minutes with minimal ingredients.
