How to Change the Header Background in IE
Internet Explorer is a browser made by Microsoft. One of the features within Microsoft's Windows operating system is the ability to change the header background color of applications, including Internet Explorer. This is a way to customize your computer and your Internet Explorer. There is, however, no way to independently change the background of only the browser. You must change the background color of all windows throughout your system.
