How to Make a Backflip Easy
Backflips are a classic gymnastic skill, often portrayed by action movie stunt men and martial arts experts. A backflip consists of jumping up as your body spins backwards until your feet come back down, straight on the ground. Although doing a backflip may seem like a very difficult exercise, it can be made easier by knowing and following the correct procedures in a safe and instructive environment.
