How to Make a Puppy Icon in Google Chat

You can assign an icon just like this to your Google Talk account.

Displaying a picture icon in Google Talk allows you to personalize your user name and is visible to all friends and contacts when you appear in their friends list. Upload an image of yourself, an icon of your favorite animal, or the logo of your favorite sports team as your icon. Google Talk will automatically resize your image to 32-by-32, and you may change icons at any time.

Instructions

1. Find a digital picture or icon of a puppy, or scan an image using a hard copy, and save it to your computer as a .JPG, .GIF, .BMP or .PNG file.

2. Sign in to Google Talk using your existing user name and password.

3. Click the down arrow at the bottom of the image to the right of your user name.

4. Click "Browse" to upload the chosen image from your computer.

5. Select the saved puppy icon, and click "Upload."
